Biography
Mayda Yeretsian
With over two decades of experience in medical recruitment, Mayda Yeretsian brings her profound expertise to the Centre de Santé du Collège du Canada. Here, she will utilize her extensive recruitment and support skills to manage follow-ups and coordinate with newly recruited staff, ensuring their seamless integration into the team.
Mayda has previously held positions as a recruitment manager and start-up project manager for various clinics, including Clinique Médic-Aide and Clinique médicale Bélanger in Montreal; Clinique Fleurimont du Groupe Duval in Sherbrooke; Centre Médical des Boisés and Clinique médicale et esthétique Labelle in Laval; and Clinique Pro-Santé Marieville in Marieville. In each role, she fostered a culture of collaboration and teamwork, enhancing the effectiveness and well-being of medical professionals, both new and seasoned.
Our goal under her leadership is to promote the optimal functioning of our teams and the well-being of each member. Committed to addressing the needs of healthcare professionals and their clients, Mayda emphasizes the unique expertise of each clinic to enrich the overall service experience.
In 2001, Mayda founded Recrumédic. She is passionate about human dynamics and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Primary Teaching from UQAM.
